Today's Topic Talk goes over the remaining conferences I didn't get to talk about, and hopes for E3. For me, E3 is one of the big things I look forward to each year. It makes me happy to see so many games, and so much love behind them. For the most part...sometimes these conferences just leave you baffled and confused and wondering if logic jumped away from these companies. But, talking about the mistakes, there's fun in that too. :P
So, to keep things brief because there are just too many announcements to cover, I won't go into detail this time, I'll just point out my highlights of each show. Starting with...
Square Enix:
There's unfortunately not a lot to talk about here. We got to see some of a new game, Babylon's Fall, but it was pretty vague. We got more looks at games like Kingdom Hearts III and Octopath and Dragon Quest, and some other weird games that I'm not really into...but I guess some people are? Unfortunately Square Enix hasn't really made a game to catch, so...oh well. What did you think, Zelda?

Got it. Moving on!

Ubisoft:
So...Ubisoft is famous for their weird shows. And gosh, do they know how to start as weird as possible. But, ignoring weird dance segments, there was some good things in the show. I enjoyed seeing the goofiness of Trials Rising's creator, I was intrigued by what the prequel Beyond Good & Evil 2 will have to make it worthwhile, I loved and cringed at the Star Fox appearance with Miyamoto, and I am excited to see if Assassin's Creed Odyssey lives up to the hype that a name like Odyssey implies.
Ubisoft may be an awkward company that makes me question certain things, but I'm interested in seeing what their next move is. I'll let Sheik rate this one.

PC Gaming Show:
...Moving on.
Okay, fine, to be fair, this year's PC Gaming Show wasn't as bad as last year's, but...I don't know, these shows never have enough excitement to really pull me in. It doesn't help that I'm not into PC gaming, but still. I did at least like the looks of Ooblets, Sable, and all the Sega games (obviously :P). But gosh, enough with the battle royales. Like, I get it's the hot new genre, but a lot of them have a habit of looking very similar.
Oh well, that's how gaming goes sometimes. I'll have Kapp'n express my thoughts for this one.

Sony:
Oh, Sony...why did you make such a horrible conference? You have such great games, and your previous conferences have been good, but this conference was...weird. Not Devolver Digital weird, so don't worry about that, but still, why was this conference so awkward and weird? Bango playing? Random cutaways to characters playing instruments? What...on Mobius...was that all about?
Well, in any case, the games shown seem good. For the most part. I'm mostly just digging for Kingdom Hearts III (hurray for more Pirates), Ghost of Tsushima, and of course Spider-Man. I'm of two minds for how to feel about Sony's conference and the games shown, so I'll let Midna and Link express my thoughts.

And lastly, but definitely not least...
Nintendo:
Otherwise known as: yes, we have a new Smash Brothers, Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, and yes, everything we're showing you is amazing or cool in some way. There's not really much I need to say other than I totally enjoyed this, and this is why I love watching E3, just building up to stuff like this.

I'm pretty happy to have shared my thoughts on things again, and hopefully I'll be inspired enough after this to keep coming up with topics to talk about. Hopefully I won't have to wait until next E3 to find something to talk about. :P
